What is a volume and folio?
Land in the ACT is leasehold. Each Crown lease — and each unit in a units plan — is registered by volume and folio (for example 1186/24). This directory links every title to its block and section, its addresses and its units plan. Owners, mortgages and caveats are on the Land Titles register, not here.
